Who wrote it
I am Nicola Luna, Digital Enterprise Technology Engineer, lecturer and consultant: I design automations and agentic systems for companies and train the people who use them. The book grew out of conversations with hundreds of people met in classrooms over the past two years — business owners, employees, fellow trainers — whose questions and objections shaped much of what is in it.
